Shipping terms
All orders are shipped from KAZAK USA LLC warehouse (in IDAHO, Pocatello) by USPS, UPS or Fedex. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Please be sure the address you provide during checkout is correct. We will not be able to change the address after your order has been shipped.
CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING ADDRESS TO BE CORRECT.
Damaged or wrong product
If you have received a damaged product, a product with major defects, or a different product to the one you ordered, please take a few photos and send us an email explaining the issue. Let us know whether you want a refund, an exchange or a coupon. After reviewing your case, we will contact you to discuss further steps. We will not ask you to send the product back if doing so is economically unreasonable.
